Manifesting & Creating Your Day

What we focus on, is what we manifest. Create each day with beauty, clarity, and love.

The first minutes of the day when we very first open our eyes and mind, is a precious opportunity. It sets the tone for all that comes after it, very much like the first line of a poem or chapter in a book. At this moment, our ability to manifest and create the day is at its most powerful. Focus fully on the creative process by filling the first moments of your day with thoughts, prayers, ideas that inspire you. Bring that which you really desire to your focus and see the reality of it in your mind and heart.

Perhaps you want to be more loving, efficient, successful, gracious or generous or it may be that you want to be more open to beauty, bring more love, or new romance into your life. Whatever the creation may be, bring this vision into your mind at the very first moment of your day. Let the image fill all your senses as you imagine the outcome in detail. Tap into your emotions and connect with how you’re feeling as you visualize this manifestation coming to fruition. Your dedication to this practice as you first awaken each day will empower it to be the guiding principle of our day, month, life.

What we think about we create, what we focus on we make real, what we live can be beautiful, fulfilling and miraculous.

Happy New Year!
