1 – Angels were created by God:
For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. Colossians 1:16, NIV)

2 – Angels were present when God created the world:
Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said: “…Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? …while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?”(Job 38:1-7, NIV)

3 – Angels are wise and intelligent:
Your maidservant said, ‘The word of my lord the king will now be comforting; for as the angel of God, so is my lord the king in discerning good and evil. And may the LORD your God be with you.'(2 Samuel 14:17)

4 – Angels are faster than man:
And I saw another angel flying through the sky, carrying the eternal Good News to proclaim to the people who belong to this world-to every nation, tribe, language, and people. (Revelation 14:6,)
5 – Angels are too numerous to count:
The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands … (Psalm 68:17)
Angels named in the Bible:
Gabriel, name means: “God is my strength”
Gabriel is known as a great communicator he is recorded as the angel who helped Daniel, in dream interpretation. Announced John the Baptist’ birth to his father Zachariah, and appeared to Mary to announce the birth of Jesus.

Michael, his name means, “Who is like God”
Michael is known as a protector. He can support you in times when you need courage, strength and protection.

Raphael, Uriel, Raguel, and the Seraphim and Cherubim are also mentioned in the bible.
